Willapa Hills Audubon Society (WHAS) is a local chapter of the National Audubon Society and is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization. WHAS covers Cowlitz County and Wahkiakum County in Southwest Washington and parts of Columbia County in Northwest Oregon.
The mission of the Willapa Hills Audubon Society is to support ecologically responsible ways of life, to help maintain biologically diverse habitats, and to promote environmental understanding and enjoyment of nature.
